Typically, men’s insecurities might drive them to Turkey for an affordable hair transplant. However, there’s a rising trend among male makeovers focusing on enhancements below the belt.
With no incisions required, men can augment their size with minimal discomfort, and surprisingly, it can be completed in the time it takes to have lunch.
This procedure, called penile filler, involves injecting a gel into the shaft of the penis to increase its girth.
The substance used, hyaluronic acid, is the same ingredient commonly utilized to enhance the fullness of lips and cheeks.
Chris Fleischer, the practice manager at Cosmetic Connection, mentioned that the entire procedure takes only 20 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia.
“It’s quite a simple procedure that enlarges the size of the penis. It primarily focuses on the girth, but it’s non-surgical – you can walk in and walk out the same day,” he explained to the Daily Mail.
However, if you’re planning to enhance your member for immediate action, you’ll be disappointed to learn that recovery is required for up to two weeks before everything is considered ready for action.
Once healed, the results can last for several years, but the procedure comes with a price tag ranging from $5,000 to $10,000, depending on the amount of filler used.
Fleischer added, “It can last up to around three to five years. We usually recommend people come back every two years for a top-up.
“If it’s done well, you can’t tell [that your tinker has undergone penile filler].”
There has been a significant increase in appointments at clinics, particularly among men in their forties who find themselves single again and joining dating platforms.
“It’s not one type of guy,” Fleischer noted. “You get young men who are insecure, older men who’ve experienced shrinkage, and even some who just want their partner to enjoy sex more after childbirth.”
Some clinics report performing up to ten of these procedures weekly. While the filler may offer a slight increase in length, its primary advantage is in enhancing girth.
“For the non-surgical option, length gains aren’t possible,” Fleischer confirmed.
