The Rock’s daughter reveals romance with wrestler in heartfelt social media post

Simone Johnson, daughter of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, made her relationship with another wrestler public through a heartfelt post on social media earlier this week.

The daughter of the Fast and Furious icon chose to pursue a career in professional wrestling, much like her father and forefathers, by signing with WWE in 2020.

Being The Rock’s daughter naturally draws attention, and with her own career taking off, many fans are curious about Simone’s personal life and her pursuits.

Simone recently shared an intimate glimpse into her relationship with fellow wrestler Tatyanna Dumas through a social media post on Instagram.

Set to Charli XCX’s ‘Everything is Romantic,’ the video showcased the couple enjoying romantic moments, from sharing kisses on the beach to dining out and traveling together.

The post was captioned with phrases like ‘from day one’ and ‘to everything time can’t erase.’ They initially revealed their romance in a joint Instagram post last month, stating: “Two souls. One story. Exploring life like it’s a main event.”

While the timeline of Simone and Dumus’s relationship remains unspecified, it’s likely they met through their WWE work.

Both are frequently featured on WWE’s NXT program, which highlights emerging professional wrestlers.

The announcement follows criticism Simone faced due to her comments on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

After the activist’s death, Simone reposted a message from New York comedian Gianmarco Soresi: “If you want people to have kind words when you pass, you should say kind things when you’re alive.”

Though not mentioning Kirk directly, the timing coincided with his passing.

Her post drew online criticism, but Simone reaffirmed her stance.

“And I’ll stand behind this. be kind, now more than ever,” she asserted in a follow-up post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Some critics responded with backlash, with one saying: “Be kind or get assassinated?? I’m sure you’ve said something unkind I know your dad has what an idiotic statement.”
