Timothée Chalamet has somewhat addressed the speculation on whether he plans to propose to Kylie Jenner.
The actor, known for his roles in films like Marty Supreme, is 30 years old and began his relationship with Jenner at the start of 2023. Chalamet has chosen to keep details about their relationship private, once stating in an interview that he doesn’t have ‘anything to say’ regarding the matter.
While they maintain a level of privacy, the couple frequently appears together at high-profile events, and insiders have told Us Weekly that Jenner often jokes about him being ‘already her husband’.
During a promotional event in London for his latest film, Chalamet found himself in an uncomfortable position when legendary Love Actually director Richard Curtis inquired about the actor’s romantic life, ultimately eliciting a comment about marriage from him.

Curtis initiated the conversation with a straightforward question, asking Chalamet if he had a girlfriend, to which the Dune star simply replied, ‘Yes’.
Intrigued, the director continued: “Do you think you’ll ever get married? Can we come?”
Chalamet, appearing caught off guard, responded: “Wow, that’s so personal.”
After a moment, he eased into the conversation and told Curtis: “You’re going to get me in trouble, man. Yes. Yes.”
Continuing the light-hearted exchange, Curtis asked if ‘we’ could attend the potential wedding.
Chalamet humorously replied: “Whose we? The whole crowd?”
This glimpse into their potential future together comes as reports circulate about the seriousness of their relationship. A source recently informed Us Weekly that the duo ‘are very serious and have talked about getting engaged this year’. Jenner is said to jokingly refer to him as ‘already her husband’.
The source elaborated: “Kylie has never dated someone like him, and it’s been refreshing because they have a very easy, chill relationship.
“They basically live together at this point. Kylie will stay at his house when she doesn’t have the kids or when she wants to be in the city, and he spends a lot of time at her house.”
As the couple contemplates their future, Chalamet’s immediate focus may be on the potential accolades for his role in the table-tennis romance Marty Supreme.
When Curtis inquired about his Oscar aspirations, Chalamet replied: “Listen, yes, but I want to give you context.
“All these awards things, they supplement the movie. Even at the awards show, everyone’s participating in an advert for each other.”
