Emman Atienza, a TikTok personality and the daughter of television host Kim Atienza, has passed away at the age of 19, prompting many to pay their respects.
Her family took to social media to announce the heartbreaking news of her death.
Accompanying a series of photos, they expressed: “It’s with deep sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our daughter and sister, Emman.
“She brought so much joy, laughter, and love into our lives and into the lives of everyone who knew her.
“Emman had a way of making people feel seen and heard, and she wasn’t afraid to share her own journey with mental health. Her authenticity helped so many feel less alone.”
The family continued: “To honor Emman’s memory, we hope you carry forward the qualities she lived by: compassion, courage, and a little extra kindness in your everyday life.”
After hearing the sad news, fans have been leaving tributes on Emman’s latest Instagram posts.
One post showed Emman enjoying what seemed to be a vacation just a week earlier, including a picture of her by a pool and another of her eating ice cream in a bikini.
Other clips show her engaging in activities like rock climbing and skateboarding.
A post from about a week ago displayed nostalgic images from her childhood, featuring her family.
She captioned it: “This post is dedicated to my childhood and the zoo that raised me.”
The most recent post – a video montage capturing moments with friends – was uploaded only three days prior.
“This video got restricted on tt,” she wrote. “Does this go hard [sic].”

Followers are devastated by her passing, with one commenting: “Can’t believe you’re gone. You were always present, silly, fun-loving, bubbly and a light to be around. RIP Emman.”

A third added: “She was so pure… I’m so sorry.”

Emman was the daughter of Filipino television host and weatherman, Kim Atienza, and his wife, businesswoman Felicia Hung. Her grandfather, Lito Atienza, served as the mayor of Manila.
According to medical records from Los Angeles County, Emman passed away at a residence in LA on Wednesday, October 23.
