Travis Kelce’s Mom Unintentionally Posts About Taylor Swift After Engagement News

Travis Kelce’s mother, Donna, inadvertently shared a post about Taylor Swift needing to ‘breed’ following the announcement of the couple’s recent engagement.

Kelce had earlier revealed that he and Swift first crossed paths when she performed at his home stadium in Arrowhead, Kansas City.

Since then, Swift has been seen supporting the Chief’s Tight End at several of his games, including Super Bowl LVXIII, where they shared a kiss after the game. Kelce, in return, showed his support for Swift by attending numerous Eras Tour concerts, even joining her on stage during one memorable performance.

The couple recently made their engagement public with a series of photos, one of which captured Kelce proposing on one knee in a garden full of flowers.

Other images showcased the ‘Shake It Off’ singer flaunting a large diamond ring, along with the couple embracing shortly after the proposal.

Swift captioned her post, saying: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

Following the announcement, Donna Kelce mistakenly reposted a video by comedian Leanne Morgan on Instagram, which humorously referenced Swift’s ‘uterus aching.’

In the video, the comedian commented: “It’s time for her to want to have a baby and she wants to breed with that big ol’ Kelce boy.”

While it appears Donna did not intend to share the clip, as it was quickly deleted, it had already caught the attention of many fans online.

One Reddit user questioned: “It’s 2025, can we move on from forcing archaic mindsets on women?” Meanwhile, many others defended Donna, attributing the post to an accidental upload.

A social media user noted, “It is super easy to repost by hitting one button. I have done it by accident more than once just scrolling or looking at comments. Fortunately, I figured it out quick, but I can see someone of her age not knowing what happened right away.”

Another user on X remarked, “It’s literally not there anymore. She must’ve tapped the wrong button and accepted the collab by mistake.”

UNILAD has reached out to Donna Kelce for comment.

Donna is clearly fond of her future daughter-in-law, previously expressing how well-suited she thinks Kelce and Swift are for each other.

In an interview with Page Six, Donna described her son’s relationship with Swift as ‘kind of interesting.’

She stated: “He’s a good guy. He really is. He’s good. He’s kind. He’s generous. And from what I understand, so is she.”

“I hope they’re having a good time.”
