Trump discloses reasons for ending Epstein friendship, claims he ‘stole’ accuser Virginia Giuffre

Donald Trump has disclosed the reasons behind the end of his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and has brought up new assertions regarding Virginia Giuffre.

The case involving Jeffrey Epstein has resurfaced in recent weeks due to the Trump administration’s sudden change of plans concerning the release of the FBI files related to the case.

The controversy centers around a supposed ‘client list’ that has stirred public outcry. Earlier this month, the FBI stated that no such list existed, contradicting comments allegedly made by Trump and his Attorney General Pam Bondi suggesting its existence.

During a conversation aboard Air Force One while returning to the US after a five-day trip to Scotland, Trump was questioned about why his relationship with Epstein ended.

“He took people that work for me, and I told him, don’t do it any more. And he did it. I said, stay the hell out of here,” Trump told reporters.

Trump acknowledged that one of the individuals was 17-year-old Giuffre, who accused Epstein of sexual misconduct.

Giuffre claimed that Epstein coerced her into engaging in sexual acts with influential men.

“I told him, I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it was spa or not spa. I don’t want him taking people. And he was fine. And then, not too long after that, he did it again. And I said, out of here,” Trump added.

When asked if Giuffre was one of those individuals, the president continued: “I don’t know. I think she worked at the spa. I think so. I think that was one of the people, yeah, he stole her.

“And by the way, she had no complaints about us, as you know, none whatsoever.”

Giuffre passed away earlier this year at the age of 41 by suicide.

She alleged that Ghislaine Maxwell noticed her working as a spa attendant at Mar-a-Lago in 2000, when she was a teenager, and recruited her as Epstein’s masseuse, leading to sexual abuse.

Maxwell, who has refuted Giuffre’s claims, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence in a Florida federal facility for conspiring with Epstein to sexually exploit underage girls.

Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend now incarcerated, was recently interviewed at a Florida courthouse by the Justice Department’s second-highest official, though the details of her statements have not been publicly disclosed.

Her attorneys stated on Tuesday that she is prepared to answer additional questions from the US Congress if she is granted immunity from future prosecution for her testimony.

Maxwell’s legal team has requested the Supreme Court to review her conviction, arguing that she did not receive a fair trial.
