Trump publicly declares he’s severing ties with ‘eccentric’ Marjorie Taylor Greene in blistering statement

Donald Trump, in a recent post, criticized Marjorie Taylor Greene, marking a shift in their previously supportive relationship.

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has been a vocal supporter of Donald Trump for some time, but recent developments have indicated a rift between them.

The pair’s ongoing disputes have escalated, with Trump delivering a harsh critique of Greene through a post on Truth Social dated November 14.

He declared: “I am withdrawing my support and Endorsement of “Congresswoman” Marjorie Taylor Greene, of the Great State of Georgia.”

Trump went on to assert that he does not have the time to engage with her, shifting the focus to discuss his ‘achievements’ since his return to the White House.

He added: “All I see “Wacky” Marjorie do is COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN, COMPLAIN! It seemed to all begin when I sent her a Poll stating that she should not run for Senator, or Governor, she was at 12%, and didn’t have a chance (unless, of course, she had my Endorsement — which she wasn’t about to get!).

“She has told many people that she is upset that I don’t return her phone calls anymore, but with 219 Congressmen/women, 53 U.S. Senators, 24 Cabinet Members, almost 200 Countries, and an otherwise normal life to lead, I can’t take a ranting Lunatic’s call every day.”

Trump concluded by suggesting that if another Republican were to run, they might receive his support, as he stated that Greene ‘has gone Far Left’.

Soon after, Greene responded to the former President on X, previously known as Twitter.

She claimed that Trump’s actions are a strategic move ahead of a crucial vote regarding the release of the ‘Epstein files’.

In her response, Greene wrote: “President Trump just attacked me and lied about me. I haven’t called him at all, but I did send these text messages today. Apparently this is what sent him over the edge. The Epstein files.

“And of course he’s coming after me hard to make an example to scare all the other Republicans before next weeks vote to release the Epstein files.

“It’s astonishing really how hard he’s fighting to stop the Epstein files from coming out that he actually goes to this level.”

She shared a screenshot of a text she claimed to have sent to Trump, urging him to ‘lean into’ the notion that numerous Democrat ‘bad guys’ could be implicated if further details came to light.
