TV host abruptly interrupted by co-host after commenting on Jennifer Aniston’s past appearance

During a Fox News segment, a television host found himself cut off by his co-host while discussing Jennifer Aniston’s appearance. The Friends star is a prominent figure in Hollywood, frequently gracing the covers of various publications.

Aniston’s name came up on Fox News’ The Five during a segment focused on former Democratic congresswoman Katie Porter. Greg Gutfeld claimed that “people didn’t get attractive until the internet,” and noted, “Watch Friends, they’re not even hot. Look at people now. They are so much better looking because all they gotta do is — they have everything at their fingertips.”

Jesse Watters chimed in, agreeing with Gutfeld’s assessment: “It’s like Jennifer Aniston looks better now, like 20 years older.”

Despite the segment moving to a different topic, Watters returned to discussing Aniston, saying, “I actually think Jennifer Aniston was much better looking in Friends. I don’t know why I said that. I think I meant she was more glamorous now. She’s more glam.”

Harold Ford Jr., one of the co-hosts, interrupted Watters and deftly shifted the conversation away from Aniston, saying, “Why don’t we get on to the next segment.”

However, the discussion continued briefly as Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich commented, “She’s richer now. Like, she has a lot of money. Money buys a lot of makeover for everyone.”

Watters replied with a simple ‘I hope so,’ before the show awkwardly transitioned to the next topic.

This comes in the wake of the 56-year-old Friends star opening up about her two-decade-long struggle to start a family, a journey marked by media speculation and false narratives.

After her separation from Brad Pitt in October 2005, rumors suggested Aniston was prioritizing her career over starting a family. In reality, she was undergoing IVF treatments, which unfortunately did not succeed.

In a conversation with Harper’s Bazaar, Aniston expressed her frustration: “They didn’t know my story, or what I’d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family, because I don’t go out there and tell them my medical woes.”

She continued, “That’s not anybody’s business. But there comes a point when you can’t not hear it – the narrative about how I won’t have a baby, won’t have a family, because I’m selfish, a workaholic.”

“It does affect me – I’m just a human being. We’re all human beings,” Aniston remarked. “That’s why I thought, ‘What the hell?’”
