Finding a lifelong partner to share all your experiences and intimate moments with is no simple task. But what if your soulmate is your own twin?

Identical twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque have lived their lives in perfect synchrony, choosing to have the same meals and wear matching outfits.

They even go to the bathroom and shower together, a level of closeness that many people in long-term relationships might find challenging. This incredible bond has even led them to share a boyfriend who loves them equally.

The DeCinque twins are so in-tune with each other that they claim to feel no jealousy when one receives affection. They even share the same bed, a topic they frequently get questioned about.

In past interviews, Australian twins Anna and Lucy have responded to questions simultaneously, almost eerily so.

During an appearance on Hughesy, We Have a Problem, when asked if they share a large bed during intimate moments, both said at the same time, “Yes, and that’s it, that’s all we’re saying, we’re never apart.”

They have detailed the efforts they make to stay identical in every aspect, from meticulously measuring out their meals to undergoing cosmetic procedures to maintain their lookalike appearances.

Interestingly, their partner of 14 years, Ben, is a twin as well. However, his brother has only one partner, unlike Ben who is in a unique relationship with the twins.

Despite sharing their partner, the twins say they do not experience jealousy over their time with Ben, who has a method to ensure both feel equally loved.

“There’s no jealousy in the relationship,” the twins explained, “If Ben will kiss Anna, he’ll kiss Lucy.” The order of attention doesn’t matter to them, as their priority is being together.

The twins, who have appeared on the TLC reality show Extreme Sisters, admit to being ‘double trouble’, often siding with each other against Ben.

Ben doesn’t seem to mind, as he enjoys ‘double the love, double the attention.’

While Anna and Lucy are content with their current setup, being in a twin-based polygamous relationship comes with its challenges.

One significant hurdle for the twins is the desire to become ‘pregnant at the same time’, so they can share the experience of motherhood together.

They are open to using IVF to achieve this but are also considering natural methods. “There’s a lot of pressure on Ben,” they admitted.

A major obstacle to their dream of a ménage-à-trois marriage is the Australian law, which has prohibited polygamy since 1961.

“We would like to marry him one day but the law in Australia says we can’t, so what do we do?” they questioned on Extreme Sisters.

“If we can change the law and the government, we’d love to marry Ben,” Anna stated. “I mean love is love, we’re all adults—we should marry the same man.”
