A wax museum has recently revealed its newest statue of Taylor Swift, but the response may not be what they anticipated.
For those who enjoy viewing wax figures of famous personalities, there’s good news. Located in Hamburg, Germany, a museum offers a substantial collection of wax celebrities awaiting your selfies.
From icons like Elvis Presley to The Beatles, the Panoptikum Wax Museum is Germany’s oldest and largest wax museum, featuring over 120 figures.
However, their latest addition has not been well-received by fans.
The museum presented a wax figure of Swift on Monday, intending to celebrate the achievement. Instead, it has become the subject of widespread memes and criticism from Swift’s fans.
Questions and humorous comments filled the internet. One Twitter user commented, “Baby this is an art teacher from Minnesota.”
Another added, “Well veil it.”
“Oh they did her DIRTY,” another user remarked.
Need I continue?
One user humorously stated, “If someone made a wax figure of me so heinously bad, I would end up on the national news.”
Another quipped, “That’s not Taylor Swift. Heck, that’s not even Aylor Wift.”
While the comments are amusing, it’s important to acknowledge the effort that went into creating the figure.
Personally, I don’t think the figure is that bad; it’s just a bit different!
In other news, Swift is currently making waves on the European leg of her Eras tour.
The Grammy-winning artist is scheduled to perform at London’s Wembley Stadium this weekend.
