A large part of why Disney and Pixar animated characters are so endearing is attributable to their child-like features. Over the years, the “huge eyes + big head + tiny body” combo has become an industry standard. Real-life human eyes aren’t that big, but hey, they’re cartoons, so who cares?
Apparently, Tumblr user TheNamelessDoll cared. Enough to spend hours digitally manipulating what she calls “the baby face” in order to make them look more normally-proportioned. And the results are so good, people have been debating which version is better. You be the judge:
