A 10-year-old dinosaur enthusiast who has made a YouTube video every day for the past four months has seen his subscribers shoot up from just 22 to an incredible 88,000 — literally overnight. This Pterosaur flight video has over a million views:
It all started last Friday when Redditor Jouletheif submitted one of the boy’s videos to r/videos. His YouTube channel, called “The Prehistoric Channel” has dinosaur videos ranging from action reenactments to toy reviews.
The boy’s genuine enthusiasm for dinosaurs is as adorable as it is rare in today’s world where children are obsessed with their iPhones and computer games.
It’s also apparent from his videos that he’s had pretty awesome parenting, something that was picked up on by the Reddit community.
Since his new-found fame, the boy has posted an emotional video thanking everyone for supporting him.
“It says I have 29,342 subscribers… it could be a problem with Youtube, but if it’s true it means I have hit fame level,” he exclaims, his voice trembling with excitement.
“If it is not just a problem with my computer… I would love to say thank you and I’m going to be publishing more videos now. It has been such a big and awesome day for me.”
Make sure you sign up to dinosaur kid’s YouTube channel to keep up to date with his videos and progress. It’s clear he’s destined for great things!
