The White House and the Department of Justice have denied sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump after they were omitted from the Epstein files.
Additional documents related to the convicted sex offender were made public on Friday, January 30, which included images of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew, in a compromising position.
President Trump was also mentioned in the new collection of files, featuring a series of unverified allegations about him that were compiled by the FBI in August 2025.
One accusation suggested that the current president forced a 13 or 14-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him many years ago—a claim that has been promptly dismissed by the White House.
The White House and the DOJ issued a joint statement on Friday, asserting: “Some of the documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election.

“To be clear, the claims are unfounded and false, and if they have a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already.”
The document was briefly removed from the DOJ website due to high traffic but has since been reinstated, according to The Telegraph.
The allegation was made by an ‘unidentified female friend’ of the supposed victim, with the complaint indicating the teenager said she bit Trump during oral sex.
The unverified allegation claims the girl was ‘allegedly hit in the face after she laughed’ about it.
After the Epstein files were released, the White House noted that some of the documents ‘may include fake or falsely submitted images, documents, or videos’ as the Trump administration released ‘everything that was sent to the FBI by the public’.
It’s important to acknowledge that merely being named in the files does not imply guilt or wrongdoing.

The release of the Epstein files on Friday ‘marks the end’ of the DOJ’s duty to be transparent concerning the convicted sex offender, although Democrats have argued there are more files, documents, and photos yet to be disclosed.
Democratic Congressman Robert Garcia stated: “Donald Trump and his Department of Justice have now made it clear that they intend to withhold roughly 50% of the Epstein files, while claiming to have fully complied with the law. This is outrageous and incredibly concerning.
“The oversight committee subpoena directs Pam Bondi to release all the files to the committee, while protecting survivors.”
Garcia further commented: “We are demanding the names of Epstein’s co-conspirators and the men and pedophiles who abused women and girls. We will begin a thorough review of this latest limited production, but let’s be clear: our work and investigation are just getting started.”
