Why Kanye West’s Wife Bianca Censori Avoids Punishment for Risqué Grammys Attire

The reason Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, will not face any repercussions for her daring outfit at the Grammys on Sunday evening has been revealed.

West, who is often the subject of media attention, made headlines again at the Grammys with his appearance on the red carpet.

While West wore an all-black ensemble with sunglasses, his wife, Censori, stole the spotlight. She gradually removed her black fur coat, revealing a see-through mesh dress with nothing underneath.

Reports emerged soon after, suggesting that the couple left the awards ceremony, with social media buzzing with claims that they had been ‘kicked out’.

However, it was later clarified that they departed by their own decision.

The audience watching the Grammys on 2 February was taken aback by the revealing outfit, prompting many to share their reactions online.

One Twitter user wrote: “I’m not going to tweet the pictures of Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori. Whatever the reason, whatever is going on, it is not right and is deeply disturbing. Is it not indecent exposure? Are there not laws against such things?”

Another commented: “How is Bianca Censori not in prison after exposing herself in public the amount of times she has.”

A third individual added: “Why the hell is Bianca Censori not in jail for indecent exposure. Children were present. California Penal Code § 314 PC @LAPDHQ.”

Despite the shock, according to the New York Post, Censori will not face any consequences for her attire.

The Recording Academy and AEG, responsible for the Grammys broadcast, have reportedly not received any complaints about the event, as mentioned by TMZ.

Additionally, no grievances were reported to the police, with an LAPD spokesperson indicating that no one had contacted them regarding the issue.

The California Penal Code 314 (1) describes indecent exposure as ‘when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it’. Since no official complaints were lodged against Censori, there will be no legal action taken.

According to a source close to West, as reported by The Sun, the rapper used the Grammys as a platform to celebrate ‘art’ through Censori.

“People have called this a stunt but to Ye this is his art,” they stated. “He turned up, made headlines around the world and left. No one told him what to do and even if they had, he wouldn’t have listened.”

The source added that West had always planned to make a brief appearance on the red carpet, describing the Grammys as “dull and boring.”

Insiders characterized Censori as a ‘muse’ for West, noting: “There’s no coercion involved. This is what Ye does, he makes a statement and the whole world talks about it.”
