A woman from the UK, Summer Robert, has discussed her unique medical condition causing her breasts to continuously grow to an enormous size O. She first started feeling self-conscious at the age of seven. Unlike her peers, Summer had to borrow a B-cup bra from a friend’s mother to avoid an embarrassing situation at school due to her uniform.
“I was so small, I was just a walking boob throughout the whole of school,” Summer told The Metro. “I definitely looked super awkward because I had nothing on me apart from boobs.”
The rapid development of her body attracted unwanted attention from her male classmates, who teased her, and even teachers made comments about her situation.
“I wore a vest top under my shirt because there were gaps between the buttons where the fabric stretched,” Summer explained, recalling a time when a male teacher instructed her to ‘put a jumper on’ due to distraction.

“I said no because it was summer and I was boiling, so he sent me to the headmaster because he was ‘getting too distracted’.”
Summer’s parents often had disputes with the school regarding her uniform issues, and she faced cat-calling on her way home.
“I’d bring baggy band t-shirts to school to put over my uniform so I could walk home and not get targeted – but I’d still get cat-called,” she said. “I thought ‘oh my god, I hate this.’ I felt like the world was eating me up inside – it was awful.”
At 15, Summer’s breast size increased from a B-cup to DD in a few months, prompting her mother to seek medical advice, but the doctor attributed it to ‘just puberty.’
Now at 25, her breasts measure a 30N or 28 O-cup, with physical challenges such as back pain and difficulty finding fitting bras due to their weight, which exceeds four stone (56lbs or 25kg). She has been diagnosed with gigantomastia, a severe form of macromastia.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, this condition leads to ‘excessively large’ breasts, causing pain, discomfort, and body image issues. Treatments include breast reduction surgery or medication.

Despite her condition, Summer has been denied surgery under the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) because of its BMI criteria. The weight of her breasts classifies her as ‘morbidly obese.’
Even when she discovered a lump on her breast, doctors acknowledged the need for a reduction but were unable to proceed due to her BMI.
Summer has chosen to embrace her condition, wearing a doctor-prescribed corset for back support and swimming for relief.
She has also adopted a new persona, Scotch Dolly, on OnlyFans, where she showcases her breasts, earning approximately £70,000 (around $92,000).
“When I was younger, I hated the attention, but now, I just think they could be a potential buyer, and my subscribers aren’t creepy, they genuinely love my breasts and support me,” she concluded.
