FOX26 spoke exclusively with the woman’s mother, Liberty Lopez, and other family members, who identified her as Alison Riley, though they said her legal name is Tatiana McIntyre

Family members said her phone last pinged at the home around 1 p.m. before going offline

Family says Riley never arrived to pick up her daughter from school, raising immediate concern

The absence became the opening alarm.
Riley was driving a Zipcar rental; GPS data led relatives to an orchard near McKinley and Academy, where they say the vehicle was found abandoned with her belongings still inside
.
Investigators served a search warrant at Riley’s ex-boyfriend’s home on Grove Avenue, where a large law enforcement presence was observed; Lopez said homicide detectives were at the scene while family members waited outside for answers

Lopez told FOX26, “I’ve been here since 5 a.m., waiting to hear anything about my daughter. We’re just hoping for the best.”
The mother revealed troubling warnings about the children’s father.
Lopez said Riley had previously told her about alleged domestic violence involving the children’s father, including incidents in which she claimed he choked her and prevented her from leaving the home; those allegations had previously been reported to law enforcement

Lopez said, “We just want her home. We want to know where she’s at,” adding that the family said they fear foul play but are still hoping Riley is found alive

The ex-boyfriend’s whereabouts offered only silence.
Family members told FOX26 the ex-boyfriend has not responded to calls from relatives and, they believe, has not been at the home since Riley disappeared
