Slow Cooker Fudge

Whoever originally invented fudge must have been some kind of genius. They also must have had the patience of a saint. All that time constantly stirring ingredients and monitoring their precise temperature…ain’t nobody got time for that! The good news is that rich, creamy, homemade fudge is a cinch to whip up in your slow cooker. It has never been easier to make mouth-wateringly delicious fudge at home! With this Slow Cooker Fudge recipe, it literally takes 2 steps and the results are fantastic!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • optional: coarse sea salt

Directions:

Add milk chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream, and honey to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.

Add white chocolate chips to the slow cooker. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes then stir until white chocolate melts. Stir in vanilla.

Pour melted chocolate into an 8×8 foil-lined baking dish or tupperware. If desired, sprinkle coarse sea salt over chocolate.

Allow to cool completely (1-3 hours). Cut into squares. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
