Hilaria Baldwin Gives Birth to Ilaria, Her 7th Baby With Alec Baldwin

The Baldwin family just got larger.

Thursday, September 22, Hilaria Baldwin gave birth to Ilaria Catalina Irena Baldwin, her and Alec Baldwin’s seventh child together.

In a heartwarming Instagram reel, Hilaria Baldwin wrote, “She’s here! We are so excited to introduce you to our tiny dream come true, ilaria catalina irena [sic]. 9-22-22 ?✨ 6lbs 13oz?✨”

“Her Baldwinito siblings are spending the day bonding and welcoming her into our home.”

Hilaria continued, “Much love to you all. We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful news with you✨.”

The newborn joins older siblings Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 5 1/2, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 23 months, and Lucia, along with Ireland Baldwin, Alec’s 26-year-old daughter from a previous relationship with Kim Basinger.

At the time, Alec suggested the names “Babe Ruth or Chase Manhattan.”

The joke made by the two referred to the criticism Hilaria received in late 2020 after claiming to be from Spain and being accused of cultural appropriation.

In a November 2021 Instagram post, Hilaria discussed the “difficult year” her family had experienced.

“Sometimes I didn’t think I was gonna make it through. I want you to know how much you have helped me through some pretty dark struggles. Knowing you were there — such comfort.”

Alec went through a scandal in October when, while filming “Rust,” he accidentally killed cameraman Halyna Hutchins with a pretend gun loaded with real ammunition.

The cast of the western film filed a negligence lawsuit against the Emmy winner in November 2021. Two months later, the Hutchins family sued Alec for wrongful death.
