Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly requested a meeting with Buckingham Palace to express their grievances about their Royal life and the “unfairness” they have experienced. The couple is hoping for a peace offering from the Royal family in order to resolve the issue.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly seeking a “reconciliation meeting” with the Royal family before the coronation of King Charles III next May, to which they will be invited.
The Sussexes reportedly want the family to take responsibility for the “hurt and damage” they claim to have suffered. A Palace source suggested the King could be open to a meeting, adding that the couple know how to get in touch.
However, Prince Harry’s upcoming autobiography is expected to contain “more incendiary” claims which may also need to be addressed.
Prince Harry has accused his brother Prince William of “screaming and shouting” during Megxit talks, and claimed his father Prince Charles said things that were “not true”.
Meghan Markle also revealed her emotional experience of leaving the U.K. to start their new life in Canada, shortly after their last official engagement as working members of the Royal Family.
“I tried so hard,” she said she told a security guard, before claiming “that’s the piece that’s so triggering” while lamenting the couple’s every action seemed to have been held up to public ridicule.
“Because you go, ‘it still wasn’t good enough and you still don’t fit in’.”
The King is understood to be ready to forgive but sees any attack on Camilla in Spare as a “red line.”
