Simone Biles Reveals Astonishing Bill for One Bottle of Champagne at Paris Nightclub

Simone Biles recently revealed the exorbitant price a nightclub attempted to charge her for a bottle of champagne.

Simone’s performance at the Olympics was stellar, though fans had high expectations.

She has now cemented her status as the most decorated US gymnast ever, amassing an impressive 11 Olympic medals throughout her career.

Simone earned four medals in Paris, including three golds and one silver.

With such a victorious run, it’s no surprise that Simone decided to celebrate.

During a night out after the closing ceremony, she was presented with an eye-watering quote for a bottle of champagne.

In a TikTok video, Simone discussed the experience while applying makeup.

“After [closing ceremonies] we went out,” she recalled. “You guys, this club tried to charge me $26,000 for a bottle of champagne. Like are you insane?”

While high prices in upscale Paris nightclubs are expected, $26,000 is indeed shocking.

Although she is financially well-off, Simone “obviously didn’t buy” the champagne, remaining stunned at the cost.

“But why would you even try to play me like that? That’s wild,” she commented in the video.

Simone did mention which nightclub it was.

Fans quickly flocked to the video’s comments section to share their disbelief.

“$26k is crazy omg,” one user wrote, while another added: “$26k??? That’s insane!”

In the same TikTok video, Simone opened up about the challenges of being in the public eye post-Olympics.

“I don’t know sometimes, the attention, I’d rather not have it,” she admitted.

“I rather just be as normal as possible, I don’t know.”

Meanwhile, Simone’s biological mother, Shanon, expressed a desire to reconnect following her daughter’s success in Paris.

Despite having Simone’s phone number, Shanon has chosen not to use it.

“I want her to reach out to me,” she told the Daily Mail. “She’s 27 now. She’s married. I would have liked to have been a part of that, but I just have to wait for her. You can’t push anybody.

“It hasn’t happened yet, but I have patience. I’m waiting on her.”

Simone was adopted by her maternal grandfather Ronald Biles when she was six years old.
