Andrea BoldBody, a TikTok influencer, has issued a cautionary message to her followers about certain destinations she would avoid when traveling alone. She admitted, “this is going to p*** a lot of people off.”
With a following of 268,000 on TikTok, Andrea has shared her list of five places she won’t revisit for personal safety reasons. Surprisingly, one of these places is a prominent European capital.
Addressing her audience on TikTok, she mentioned, “I received a lot of death threats in the past for the list that I’m about to get into but if you are a solo traveling woman like me, or if you plan on solo traveling somewhere this summer, I would watch this video in its entirety for the list of destinations that I would never travel to again as a solo traveling woman.”
“And I know this is going to p*** a lot of people off as it has in the past but this was my experience and I just want other women out there to be safe and this not to happen to them.”
Manila, the capital of the Philippines, was the first location she mentioned, noting it as ‘definitely not safe’ and placing it fifth on her list.
“My hotel wouldn’t even let me go to the ATM outside they told me to put more clothes on not to wear a tank top because there were so many men outside and it just wasn’t safe for me to walk alone,” she elaborated.
The list’s most startling entry was at number four: Paris, France. Despite its reputation as the city of love, Andrea recounted being mugged on the subway and was advised against going out alone at night.

The third place was Cartagena, a Colombian port city on the Caribbean coast.
Andrea acknowledged, “I really loved Cartagena,” but found the “men were pretty aggressive.”
“Now here’s where I p*ssed a lot of people off, number two on the list is Caye Caulker, Belize,” she revealed.
“I think Belize is so beautiful, unfortunately the men are very, very aggressive so much so that I had to pepper spray a man that was literally touching my person, touching me physically just to get me to come into his restaurant.”
Her most alarming experience was in El Salvador.
“I was almost kidnapped by two men walking in San Salvador next to El Boquerón,” she recounted.
“These weren’t gang members and this was after [President Nayib] Bukele had already cleaned up the streets, these were construction workers because they were in a flat bed truck and they had wired spool in the back of their truck.”
“They pulled up next to me, of course I was walking alone, both of them grabbed me by my arms and were pulling me inside of their truck.”
She added, “Luckily there were restaurants nearby heard me screaming, people heard me screaming and came outside [speaks Spanish]… leave her alone, don’t touch her.”
“And the guys got in their truck and sped off.”
