Cruise Line Offers Four-Year Voyage for Guests Wishing to ‘Avoid’ Trump’s Second Term

Those dissatisfied with the 2024 election results now have an opportunity to bypass Trump’s presidency.

The lead-up to the 2024 US election was notably intense throughout the country.

In the end, Donald Trump emerged victorious and is poised to become the next president, defeating Kamala Harris.

Many anticipated Harris would easily defeat Trump, leaving them shocked and surprised by her loss.

Some celebrities have even mentioned they might leave the country if Trump secures a second term as president.

Nevertheless, a cruise company based in Florida has devised a way to cater to those displeased with the election outcome.

The Villa Vie Residences is offering extended stays for its customers, and the CEO has commented on the potential influx of Democrat supporters joining the cruises.

Mikael Petterson, the Founder and CEO, described the cruise as an ideal escape during these times.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Petterson stated: “If you are looking for an escape, either for two years, three years, four years, or one, there is no better place than on a ship.

“You can wake up every day to a new backyard and get everything you need taken care of.

“Whether that is food, laundry or getting around the world.

“It is a very reasonable and achievable to live a lifestyle like this.”

He further explained: “You have the one year escape from reality, the two year midterm selection, you have the three year anywhere but home and you have the four-year skip forward.”

Petterson noted that the company had been planning this regardless of the election outcome, and the four-year trip is not intended as a political statement.

He stated: “Regardless of who had won, we had this in the works so it is not a political campaign at all.

“It just happened to coincide with the election, and since Trump won, there are more Democrats residing in the US now than Republicans.

“We visit about 150 different countries in the circumnavigation, around 425 destinations. In a four-year period, it might be a little bit more than that.”

The cost for the four-year skip-forward option reportedly starts at approximately $40,000 per person per year. Would you contemplate such an extended stay to avoid Trump’s America?
