Twins Embark on Separate Vegan and Meat Diets, Unveiling Surprising Findings in Plant vs Animal Nutrition Study

The Turner twins have revealed the findings from their latest health experiment.

Ross and Hugo Turner have built a reputation for conducting comparative health studies, with one of their most notable experiments testing meat versus vegan diets and their physical effects.

Hugo shared his most challenging moment during the 12-week vegan trial. He described becoming so frustrated with veganism that he impulsively purchased garlic bread, only to learn from a friend that it contained butter. Hugo admitted to angrily throwing the bread across the room upon this discovery.

The brothers have now completed another comparative study, this time examining plant-based versus animal-derived vitamins over a six-month period. Hugo took liquid plant-based supplements from Vivo Life, while Ross consumed equivalent animal-based tablets.

Midway through their experiment, they observed minor differences, but after completing the full six months, the results were definitive. According to Ross in a recent Instagram video, blood tests demonstrated clear advantages of plant-based supplements, particularly evidenced by Hugo’s enhanced Omega-3 index and substantially increased vitamin D3 levels.

The twins won’t stop with this vitamin comparison, as they recently allowed an audience to select their next challenge through an online poll offering three options: fasting versus non-fasting, 1 versus 12 repetition workouts, or abdominal stimulation pads versus traditional sit-ups.

The poll results determined that Hugo and Ross will next explore fasting versus non-fasting diets to examine their bodily effects. Commenting on this upcoming project, they expressed enthusiasm about starting another 12-week fitness study, noting that each experiment reveals new insights that others can incorporate into their daily routines.

The Turner twins plan to begin this new fitness comparison in the coming weeks.
