The cosmetic surgeon who performed Kylie Jenner’s breast enhancement has responded after the reality star surprised fans by revealing specific details about her procedure.
Jenner, now 27, is believed to have undergone the surgery before giving birth to her first child, Stormi, who is currently seven years old.
The reality television personality and beauty entrepreneur had remained private about her cosmetic procedures for years, but in 2023, she openly discussed her breast enhancement surgery.
During an episode of The Kardashians, she explained her decision: “I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of having Stormi—not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing.”
Jenner continued sharing her experience: “I had beautiful breasts, like natural ones. Perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wish, obviously, that I never got them done to begin with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”
Despite expressing some regret about the timing of her procedure, she recently provided specific technical details when an inquisitive social media user requested information about her surgery.
Jenner responded with precise specifications: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under muscle! Silicone! Garth Fisher! Hope this helps lol.”
Dr. Garth Fisher, the surgeon who performed the procedure, has now addressed his celebrity client’s public disclosure about her surgery.
Posting on social media Wednesday, Fisher expressed appreciation for the acknowledgment: “I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie — her unexpected post was unexpected but truly appreciated.”
The surgeon emphasized his commitment to patient privacy: “Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades we’ve never had a single breach. Fisher referenced medical privacy regulations and stated he would never discuss procedural details unless patients chose to share them or granted explicit permission.
