The family of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan has issued a statement in response to the news of his passing at the age of 71.
Initial reports suggest that the wrestling legend may have experienced a cardiac arrest at his home in Florida, though this has not been officially confirmed.
Just last month, it was revealed that Hogan was recuperating from significant heart surgery, and a source familiar with his health shared some insights with US Weekly.
The source mentioned: “Hulk had pretty serious heart surgery a few weeks ago and was doing well afterward.”
As word of his death spread on social media, fans from all over the globe lauded the icon for his immense contributions to the world of wrestling, as well as his vibrant character and personality.
