Revealed: Lisa Marie Presley’s ‘unbearable’ final moments amid lawsuit with mom Priscilla

Lisa Marie Presley’s final moments have come to light amid a lawsuit involving her mother, Priscilla Presley. Lisa Marie, the only child of Elvis Presley, passed away at 54 on January 12, 2023, after suffering a cardiac arrest. Priscilla described her daughter as “the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known” upon announcing the sad news.

Following this, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko from Priscilla Presley Partners have filed a legal complaint, claiming that Priscilla prematurely ended Lisa Marie’s life support for financial reasons. They argue that Priscilla aimed to control her daughter’s trust and Graceland, the estate left to Lisa Marie after Elvis’s death in 1993.

Priscilla denies these allegations, with her attorneys Wayne Harman and Marty Singer dismissing the claims as “shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless.”

New information about Lisa Marie’s death has emerged, allegedly from two pages of Priscilla’s forthcoming memoir, Softly As I Leave You: Life After Elvis. According to these excerpts, Priscilla details rushing to the San Fernando Valley hospital when a “code blue” indicated Lisa’s heart had stopped, as reported by Page Six.

Priscilla allegedly recounts a conversation with a doctor who informed her about the uncertainty of Lisa Marie’s heart continuing to beat. She asked about the quality of life her daughter would have on life support, to which the doctor reportedly replied, “No quality of life at all.”

The memoir allegedly notes Priscilla saying, “‘Take her off the machine, Doctor,'” before collapsing. She describes the decision as “unbearable,” recalling how she began to sob and fainted shortly after.

Kruse and Fialko’s lawsuit accuses Priscilla of violating Lisa Marie’s healthcare directive, claiming her actions were motivated by financial interests, knowing Lisa planned to remove her as trustee. The lawsuit alleges Priscilla claimed control over Graceland shortly after her daughter’s passing.

Priscilla’s attorney, Singer, has strongly refuted these allegations, describing them as a “vicious attempt” to tarnish her reputation. He emphasized that the claims are baseless and expects the case to be dismissed.

In a recent statement, Priscilla’s legal team mocked the allegations, comparing them to conspiracy theories and urging a return to reality. They accuse Kruse of a “relentless and calculated campaign of elder abuse and fraud” to exploit Priscilla financially.

This legal battle follows Priscilla’s lawsuit last year against Kruse and others for allegedly abusing her financially and stealing $1 million.
