Currently, Bynes has felt the need to clarify a rumor concerning Nickelodeon producer Dan Schneider.
Schneider was the focus of several allegations in the 2024 Investigation Discovery series Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, where cast and crew accused him of sexism, racism, and inappropriate behavior with young actors in the late 90s and early 2000s.
Despite the producer’s apologies for his conduct, Bynes has had to address the matter following a viral video that falsely claimed she accused Schneider of assaulting and impregnating her at 13.
Bynes told TMZ that someone had too much time to splice clips from her social media to fabricate ‘lies for clickbait’.
Her statement comes at a time when fans are worried about her current life after the termination of her conservatorship.
Thankfully, it seems Bynes is finding a new path, engaging in a fresh career and pastimes.
In April, she revealed joining OnlyFans, clarifying her content would not be NSFW, unlike other creators on the platform.
“I’m doing OnlyFans to chat with my fans through dm’s. I won’t be posting any sleazy content. Excited to join,” Bynes shared on Instagram Story.
Moreover, the Californian star has discovered a new love for painting and hosting art exhibitions.
Last year, she showcased her work alongside Austin Babbitt, an American fashion designer and artist, in Los Angeles.
Bynes has been proudly displaying her creations on Instagram, including pieces she’s crafted for her upcoming art show, as well as glimpses of her new partner, Zachary.
