Sandra Levin, the mother-in-law of Selena Gomez, experienced a terrifying incident when her home was invaded and burglarized.
She was at her Studio City residence on a Monday evening when two intruders, dressed in dark clothing, forced entry by breaking a glass door around 9:30 pm.
Catching wind of the disturbance, Levin quickly sought refuge in an upstairs bathroom, barricading herself while contacting the authorities.
During her time hiding, she heard the intruders moving upstairs and opening a bedroom door.
As Levin peered out, the burglars noticed her and immediately escaped, leaving her deeply unsettled by the experience.

The extent of the theft remains uncertain, but the home was thoroughly ransacked, with the bathroom door reportedly knocked off its hinges, according to MyNews4.
There were no reported injuries, and it remains unclear if the masked suspects, as described by NBC4, were armed.
This frightening event occurred just two months after Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco celebrated their wedding at a secluded 70-acre estate near Santa Barbara, California, about 90 minutes from Los Angeles.

The couple’s relationship began in 2019 when Gomez and Blanco worked together on the song ‘I Can’t Get Enough,’ released in February of that year.
The music video, shared in March, featured Gomez and Blanco interacting with Blanco dressed in a teddy bear costume.
Blanco also co-produced Gomez’s song ‘Single Soon,’ which came out in August 2023. In a surprising twist, Gomez was not single at the time of the song’s release.
In December, Gomez confirmed her relationship with Blanco, responding to fans on Instagram who referred to the producer as her ‘absolute everything,’ revealing they had been together for six months.
On December 11, 2024, Gomez announced their engagement.
