Joe Rogan has voiced his disapproval of President Donald Trump’s remarks regarding Rob Reiner, following Reiner’s passing.
Rob Reiner, aged 78, and his wife, Michele, aged 70, were discovered deceased in their Los Angeles residence on December 14.
Their son, Nick Reiner, has subsequently been taken into custody on suspicion of murder.
After the couple’s untimely deaths, Trump posted on Truth Social, sparking significant backlash.
In his social media post, Trump claimed that Reiner had an ‘incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS’.

Trump’s initial statement on Truth Social read: “A very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood.
“Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling, but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away, together with his wife, Michele, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS.
“He was known to have driven people CRAZY by his raging obsession of President Donald J. Trump, with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump Administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness, and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. May Rob and Michele rest in peace!”

When asked to elaborate on his comments during a press briefing, Trump said: “Well I wasn’t a fan of his at all.
“He was a deranged person as far as Trump is concerned, he knew it was false, in fact it is the exact opposite – that I was a friend of Russia, that I was controlled by Russia.
“You know it was the Russia hoax, he was one of the people behind it.
“I think he hurt himself career-wise, so he became like a deranged person, Trump derangement syndrome.
“So I was not a fan of Rob Reiner at all in any way shape or form, I thought he was very bad for our country.”
Joe Rogan addressed Trump’s remarks during a conversation with comedian Shane Gillis on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.
“There’s no justification for what he did that makes any sense in a compassionate society,” Rogan commented.

“It’s no different than people celebrating when Charlie Kirk got shot,” he added.
Rogan compared the situation to former President Barack Obama, noting: “Imagine if Obama tweeted something about someone after they died, in this way, that this person was a deranged person who hated Obama.
“… It just shows you how crazy it is, the way Trump thinks and talks.”
Numerous celebrities have also expressed their disapproval of Trump’s comments, with many voicing their outrage.
UNILAD has reached out to The White House for comment.
