Brooklyn Beckham’s former girlfriend recently shared insights about her experience with his mother, Victoria Beckham, during their relationship.
In recent weeks, there’s been widespread speculation about a possible fallout between Brooklyn and his family. This was further fueled by claims from Cruz Beckham that Brooklyn had blocked family members on social media.
On January 19, Brooklyn addressed these rumors directly on Instagram. In his post, he criticized his parents and recounted certain events surrounding his wedding to Nicola Anne Peltz Beckham in 2022. Brooklyn also mentioned the pressures associated with ‘Brand Beckham,’ asserting that he felt under his parents’ control for a significant part of his life.
The revelations have sparked significant online discussion. Now, Tallia Storm, an influencer and Scottish singer who dated Brooklyn as teens, has shared her experience regarding Victoria Beckham.
Tallia, who described Brooklyn as her “first love,” recounted a past event where they intended to attend the Global Gift Gala hosted by Eva Longoria. According to Tallia, Victoria allegedly intervened, preventing Brooklyn from attending.
Tallia explained to The Mirror: “I was meant to sit next to Brooklyn, we were all super excited – and then he messaged me on the night itself, when I was already inside, saying, my mum won’t let me come, I’m sorry.
“And that was that. Obviously, Victoria didn’t like me or whatever.
“Every time I’ve seen him, years on, he’s so cool, so lovely, no big deal. But that’s the example of a PR storm that was just so… unnecessary.”
She also recounted an incident when she was preparing to perform in London. Tallia claimed Victoria sent a security team to inspect the venue.
Tallia added: “Victoria sent a security team during the day to check the venue.
“I thought it’s not that deep, but er, OK.
“When we went to the gig that night, Brooklyn came in with my sister as I was sound-checking – and then when we left with his security, there were like 20 paparazzi outside.”
In response to these claims, the article noted that they’ve reached out to Victoria’s representative for a comment.
In a recent post, Brooklyn expressed his desire not to mend ties with his family, saying: “The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life.
“I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief.
“My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want is peace, privacy, and happiness for us and our future family.”
