Famed chef Gordon Ramsay has commented on the ongoing family conflict involving British celebrities, the Beckhams, following the public claims made by their eldest son, Brooklyn, on Instagram.
The situation captured public attention when Brooklyn revealed on Instagram that his parents had ‘repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe [him] into signing away the rights to [his] name’. He also mentioned that he and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, had been ‘rejected for a week’ while seeking ‘quality time’ with his father, David Beckham.
Although David and Victoria Beckham have not addressed their son’s accusations directly, David did appear on a television show after Brooklyn’s Instagram post, where he remarked that sometimes you have to let children ‘make mistakes’.

Despite the parents maintaining silence over the apparent dispute, Ramsay discussed the issue with The Sun, characterizing it as ‘very difficult’.
He expressed that Victoria is ‘upset’ and emphasized knowing ‘just how much David loves Brooklyn’.
Ramsay noted that he and Brooklyn have been in touch ‘a little bit’, describing their relationship as ‘solid’ and commending the young man’s ‘incredible’ heart.
The chef shared his perspective: “But it’s hard, isn’t it, when you’re infatuated? Love is blind. It’s easy to get up on that rollercoaster, and get carried away. But it will come back.”
“I’ve seen first-hand just how good parents they are. David as a dad is just incredible. They’ve both put so much energy into their kids, and I know just how many times they’ve got Brooklyn out of the s***.”
“I think it’s going to be a matter of time before Brooklyn takes a good look at himself and understands just what his parents mean to him. He’s desperate to forge his own way, and I respect that from him. It’s such a good thing to do. But remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.”
“That penny will drop.”

Ramsay expressed his hope for Brooklyn to ‘take a moment to himself’, and highlighted that his parents have ‘done more for [him] than anyone did in [his] entire life’.
“Time’s going to be the best healer, and David will absolutely get that relationship back on track,” he added.
The conversation with Ramsay couldn’t end without addressing one of the more sensational claims from Brooklyn’s post, which alleged his mother had danced ‘inappropriately’ on him during what should have been his first dance with his wife at their wedding.
For those seeking drama, Ramsay clarified the dance was ‘nothing salacious’.
“There was nothing inappropriate. Everyone was having fun, having a dance,” he said.
Ramsay further insisted Victoria didn’t ‘grind’ at the event, stating: “Nothing of the sort. It was fun. I haven’t seen any of the memes, I heard about them of course, but Victoria’s got a great sense of humour.”
“She’s great. She’s right to be upset (about the wedding) but she can bat that other s*** away in a heartbeat.”
“Victoria and [my wife] Tana have spoken a lot, they are probably closer than ever – they’re like two peas in a pod, those two.”
Brooklyn has been reached out for comment.
