Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were spotted on a romantic date night in New York City on Sunday.
The newlyweds, both 36, dined at Ambassadors Clubhouse, an Indian restaurant in the NoMad district, marking their latest public outing since marrying at Madison Square Garden on July 3. The outlet obtained photographs showing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end holding his wife close as they exited their SUV and entered the restaurant.
Swift chose a metallic brown halter dress by Stella McCartney for the evening, accessorizing with a burgundy purse from the same designer, bronze metallic shoes, and the Elizabeth Taylor opal ring and bracelet set that Kelce had given her for Christmas last year. Kelce wore a white silk striped button-up with brown pants and checkered Vans.
The couple’s first appearance as husband and wife had come just one week after their nuptials, when they attended JuJu Smith-Schuster and Laura Kruk’s wedding. At that event, photographed by the outlet, Swift wore a strapless pink floral ball gown while Kelce opted for a gray suit.
Kelce has been more publicly vocal about their wedding than his wife. Earlier this month on his “New Heights” podcast, he described the ceremony as “magical” and praised the venue’s discretion. “We needed it to be a private feel. And MSG went above and beyond to give us that,” he told listeners. “I can’t thank everybody enough that showed up, but also that helped put the show on, and it was a very magical, magical night.”
Swift has not publicly commented on the wedding itself. The couple’s July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden was star-studded, though they worked to maintain privacy around the event.
The pair are currently navigating busy professional schedules alongside their new marriage. Kelce is preparing for the Kansas City Chiefs’ season opener against the Denver Broncos on Monday, Sept. 14 at Arrowhead Stadium. Swift has been focused on writing new music, according to a source who spoke last month.
“Taylor and Travis spent so much time together in the months leading up to the wedding, and they were pretty much inseparable,” the source said. “Now they’re settling into this new rhythm as a married couple and really enjoying what that feels like.”
The insider added that the couple “both still light up when they refer to each other as husband and wife, and there’s something really exciting and special about that for them.” However, they are also working to establish their “new normal” amid demanding careers. While Kelce is “completely dialed in on this NFL season right now,” the source noted, Swift has been “pouring herself into writing new music.”
Despite their separate professional commitments, the source emphasized that Swift and Kelce “still find ways to make time for one another and are really enjoying finding their rhythm as a married couple.”
The Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos on Monday, Sept. 14 at Arrowhead Stadium to open Kelce’s 2026 NFL season.
