Megan Fox’s racy photoshoot sparks comment from ex Machine Gun Kelly

Megan Fox has reappeared on social media, marking her return with a striking new photoshoot that’s quickly become the talk of Instagram.

Or at least, it has for the nearly three million people who have already engaged with it.

The Transformers star uploaded a set of provocative images on Tuesday (March 10), posing in a bold, barely-there look that immediately sent her followers into a frenzy.

Fox, 39, had largely vanished from the platform about a year ago while she welcomed her fourth child, Saga Blade Fox-Baker — her first with musician Machine Gun Kelly (MGK). Around that time, she also wiped her account, clearing out posts for her 20 million followers.

This week, she returned in dramatic style. In the new shoot, she’s seen crawling on all fours in little more than boots — and the comments section quickly filled with stunned reactions, including one from her now former fiancé MGK, who couldn’t resist chiming in.

The celebrity pair split in late 2024, only weeks after sharing that they were expecting a baby together.

Neither has publicly gone into the details of the breakup, but MGK’s activity on her post suggests the two are still in contact.

Fox captioned the photos — shot by photographer Cibelle Levi (@cibellelevi) — with the line: ‘love was the most savage monster of all’.

Not long after, her musician ex added a playful, suggestive comment about her latest look.

“Stoked we had a baby,” he commented below the saucy set of pictures, which was actually a call back to Fox’s first post back on Instagram seven days ago.

“Everything is more beautiful because we are doomed,” Fox had said as she shared a picture in just a top, a thong, and some weed-themed platform stilettos, quickly gaining 6.7 million likes.

“Stoked i have your phone number,” was another of MGK’s quick-witted replies to Fox’s first post back.

And MGK wasn’t the only one leaving a note under the post.

Plenty of people were fixated on how the actor looks after having four children — with more than a few struggling to believe what they were seeing.

One commenter even prompted a direct response from the Jennifer’s Body star after writing: “This isn’t Megan. This is a Clone.”

Fox replied with a line that echoes a familiar philosophical idea: that uniqueness is hard to replicate — and in her case, impossible to duplicate.

Her response was blunt and confident: ‘b**ch a clone could never’.

The two reportedly first crossed paths while filming the crime thriller Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020, and were later seen together in California not long after.

Their relationship soon became highly public, including Fox appearing in MGK’s ‘Bloody Valentine’ music video. By July 2020, she was calling him a ‘twin flame’.

On 5 August, she made things Instagram-official with the caption: “Achingly Beautiful Boy… My heart is yours.”

After more than a year together, MGK proposed in 2022, and the engagement announcement followed on Instagram.

“I know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022.” the rapper said the unique ring choice.

Following the proposal, Fox also made headlines with another revelation: “And then we drank each other’s blood.”

Later, she explained what she meant, emphasizing it wasn’t as dramatic as many assumed, and that it was connected to personal rituals.

“So, I guess to ‘drink’ each other’s blood might mislead people or people are imagining us with goblets and we’re like Game of Thrones, drinking each other’s blood,” she told Glamour. “It’s just a few drops, but yes, we do consume each other’s blood on occasion for ritual purposes only.”

After the couple shared they had suffered a miscarriage in 2023, they later announced they were expecting a child together.

Fox wrote on Instagram: “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” using a lyric from MGK’s song about their miscarriage, ‘last November.”

Toward the end of 2024, speculation resurfaced that the two had separated, and a source later told PEOPLE in January that Fox was ‘done with him now’.

MGK pushed back publicly soon after, writing: “How can ‘sources say’ when the sources haven’t said anything.”

His comment added fuel to the idea that the rumours didn’t fully capture what was going on between them.

MGK later confirmed their baby’s arrival on Instagram, writing: “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed. 3/27/25.”

A source told PEOPLE the two plan to raise their child together: “Whatever issues they have, Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting. Right now they’re amicable.”

The same source also suggested that a future reconciliation wouldn’t shock anyone.

“But right now they’re focused on what’s best for their daughter,” they added.
