Survivor contestant Ken McNickle has revealed he has been diagnosed with cancer at the age of 43.
McNickle shared the update in an emotional message to fans, but did not disclose the specific type of cancer.
In his post, he explained why he chose to speak publicly and said he hopes his experience will encourage others to take health worries seriously.
