Lena The Plug reveals why someone keeps filing fake divorce papers for her and husband Adam22

Lena The Plug has shared her thoughts on why an unknown person keeps trying to submit fake divorce paperwork using her name.

The OnlyFans creator, whose real name is Lena Nersesian, has been married to YouTuber Adam22 for the past three years.

Together, they have a five-year-old daughter.

On June 1 — which was also her 35th birthday — reports circulated claiming she had filed for divorce. Lena quickly denied it, saying the documents were fraudulent and submitted without her consent.

In an interview with TMZ, she said this wasn’t a one-off incident. According to Lena, the same person had attempted to file the paperwork several times before, but earlier submissions were rejected due to errors.

This latest attempt, she said, was accepted, leaving even courthouse staff uncertain about how to handle the situation.

Lena told TMZ that she later discovered a bundle of previously rejected filings in her mailbox, each with its own check attached — something she believes points to repeated attempts over time. She also said she has worked out who is behind it through her own digging and has passed the person’s information to police.

Her leading theory is that the filer may be getting manipulated themselves — potentially someone being catfished by an account using Lena’s photos, claiming she’s stuck in an abusive relationship and needs money to leave.

“I believe they’re being spoken to on an account that is using my imagery,” she said. “That person is getting money out of them by saying things like Adam holds all the finances, so I don’t actually have access to any of them, and I really need out of this relationship.”

She also claimed the same individual has repeatedly requested welfare checks at her home, apparently convinced she was in danger from Adam, whose real name is Adam Grandmaison.

Lena said she reported the situation to law enforcement, who visited her home, photographed the alleged forged papers, and logged the incident as identity theft. However, she claimed the officer who responded didn’t seem to treat it as a serious issue, and floated the idea that the suspect’s identity could be stolen — which Lena said she doesn’t believe.

Because the person is thought to live in another state, she said resolving it may involve dealing with multiple jurisdictions.

She also addressed Adam’s viral “freedom” post that spread as the divorce rumors took off, explaining he had spotted the TMZ story while recording a podcast and chose to play along with the joke because they both knew it wasn’t real.
