Donald Trump Jr. has completed a major financial separation from his former fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle by paying her $7.6 million for her share of their Jupiter, Florida waterfront mansion. According to property records filed in Palm Beach County, the transaction closed on July 25 and was recorded on August 3, formally transferring full ownership of the estate into Trump Jr.’s name alone.
The couple purchased the luxury home together for $9.7 million in 2021 when they were engaged. Located in the exclusive Admirals Cove gated community, the sprawling waterfront property spans over 11,000 square feet and features six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a private dock, an elevator, a swimming pool, and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. The median price of homes in the prestigious neighborhood is $9.4 million, depending on various factors including proximity to the golf course and direct waterfront access.
The buyout marks a significant milestone in unwinding the couple’s personal and financial ties following their breakup. Trump Jr., 48, and Guilfoyle, 57, had been together for roughly six years and were engaged for approximately four years, though they never married.
Their engagement ended quietly in 2024. Sources revealed that the couple split before the 2024 election and began dividing assets around the end of September, though they kept the separation private until after Election Day. One insider described the split as amicable, noting that the couple “just had different goals.” Trump Jr. reportedly initiated the breakup.
In a public statement following confirmation of their split, Trump Jr. said, “Kimberly and I will never stop caring for each other and will always keep a special bond.” He also expressed pride in Guilfoyle’s appointment as U.S. ambassador to Greece, a position she was nominated for by President Donald Trump shortly after news of their breakup became public.
Guilfoyle has since relocated to Greece, where she now resides in the official ambassadorial residence in Athens. She signed the property deed documents from her Delray Beach address, with the paperwork bearing a stamp from the U.S. embassy in Greece.
For his part, Trump Jr. has moved on with Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, 39, a model and social media influencer. The two were first photographed holding hands in December 2024 and announced their engagement the same month. They married in May 2026 in the Bahamas and have been celebrating their new life together.
Earlier this year, the Jupiter mansion had been quietly listed for sale at approximately $30 million, though no sale was announced. Reports indicated there was some back and forth between Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle over the potential sale of the home before Trump Jr. decided to buy out her share. The property is currently not on the market. Trump Jr. is reportedly planning to build a new luxury home in the Prospect Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach, which he hopes to expand to accommodate his five children from his previous marriage to Vanessa Trump.
When asked about Trump Jr.’s new engagement earlier this year, Guilfoyle expressed her well-wishes to the New York Times, saying, “I’m happy for Don. I wish him, of course, all the best.”
