Nathan Gallagher will not appear on the next season of “Below Deck Mediterranean” following his domestic violence arrest, according to a new report.
A source told the US Sun on Tuesday that Season 12 of the Bravo series “already filmed” — and the reality star “will not be on” it. The insider, speaking to the outlet this week, clarified that Gallagher’s scenes would not be removed from Season 11, which is currently airing.
“Nathan was not cut from the current season while the court process plays out,” the source claimed, “but they do not condone the behavior of the charges made against him.” The insider added that casting decisions operate on a flexible basis: “They’re all on a year-by-year and per-season basis. If they get picked up for another season, great. But if not, it’s not like this big dramatic firing thing. In Nathan’s case though, looks like that ship has sailed – pun intended. It seems likely he won’t be back.”
Season 11, notably, was filmed in the summer of 2025, months ahead of Gallagher’s arrest last December. The 29-year-old was detained last year for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old female at a Sydney apartment complex.
The Bravolebrity was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault. He was granted conditional bail, per Rolling Stone, and a hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1.
The identity of the alleged victim is not yet known, but Gallagher’s castmate Gael Cameron, who shares a 1-year-old son with him and turned 30 in May, filed an Apprehended Violence Application against him. This, according to the New South Wales court, is meant to legally protect a person from someone stalking, harassing, intimidating or threatening them with harm.
Cameron and Gallagher started dating in 2024 while filming Season 9 of “Below Deck Mediterranean.” In June of the following year, Cameron announced her pregnancy news — and debuted their infant son, Kayden, the following year.
In the viral moment that preceded these developments, Gallagher’s arrest became public knowledge last week, drawing renewed scrutiny to his behavior both on and off the show. The charges emerged from an alleged December 2025 incident at a Sydney apartment complex, placing the reality star’s future with the network in jeopardy even as his existing footage remained intact for the current broadcast. The separation between his Season 11 presence and his exclusion from Season 12 reflects Bravo’s apparent strategy of allowing the legal process to unfold without retroactive editing, while drawing a firm line against his continued employment.
The outlet has reached out to Bravo for comment but has yet to hear back.
Gallagher’s conditional bail hearing is scheduled for Sept. 1 in Sydney.
