A deranged email threatening to kill Pink was reported to police after landing at a Greenwich Village hotel on Monday, law enforcement sources said.
The message arrived at the Walker Hotel, located in the same Manhattan neighborhood where the 46-year-old “So What” singer recently bought a $21.5 million townhouse. The sender demanded that the front desk relay the threat directly to Pink, according to the sources.
The NYPD said it did not have information on the threat when asked. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made as of Tuesday.
It was not immediately clear whether Pink was staying at the hotel when the alarming note was received.
A representative for Pink did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
The Grammy-winning singer, born Alecia Beth Moore, has been a dominant force in pop music since her 2000 debut. She has publicly dealt with stalkers and unwanted attention before, though she has typically addressed such incidents only sparingly.
