The “Black Swan” actress, who went public with her pregnancy in early 2026 after beginning her relationship with the French musician the previous year, has kept both her romance and the baby’s details tightly under wraps.
Lady Gaga, 39, and fiancé Michael Polansky became first-time parents in September following what sources described as a grueling two-year fertility struggle. The outlet broke the news on Sept. 11 that the pop superstar had given birth, though the couple has not revealed the infant’s name, sex or exact birth date. “There have been moments of giddiness and moments of despair,” an insider shared about Gaga’s journey. “It has been so sad. It’s a real tale of hard times, both physical and emotional, en route to this happy ending.”
