Andrew Tate, 39, is accused of hoarding graphic bestiality images including a person engaged in sex acts with a horse and an eel, according to newly unsealed UK extradition documents filed in Miami federal court.
The disturbing material surfaced Monday in prosecutors’ push to return the jailed influencer and his brother Tristan Tate, 38, to Britain on rape and sex trafficking charges. Both men, dual US/UK citizens, remain in federal detention in Miami as their extradition fight stretches on.
One image allegedly in Andrew Tate’s possession on or before July 18, 2015, “portrayed, in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal, namely an eel,” the court filing stated.
The documents continued: “grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character and a reasonable person looking at the image would think that any such person or animal was real.”
A second image from the same timeframe allegedly showed someone “performing an act of intercourse” with a horse, prosecutors claimed.

US Magistrate Lauren Louis ruled last month that both brothers should stay incarcerated throughout what could become a months-long legal battle. The detention order came as the siblings fight removal to the UK, where they face separate criminal proceedings from their ongoing legal troubles in Romania.
The “manosphere” figures built massive online followings promoting aggressive masculinity and wealth-flaunting lifestyles before legal entanglements began mounting across multiple countries. Their Miami detention represents the latest chapter in a sprawling international legal saga.
British authorities leaned heavily on the extreme pornography allegations to bolster their extradition argument, framing the material as evidence of conduct that would constitute serious criminal offenses under UK law. The 2015 date on the images places the alleged possession years before Tate’s rise to global notoriety.
Tristan Tate, the younger brother, faces the same UK extradition request alongside Andrew, though Monday’s filings focused particular attention on material tied to the elder sibling’s digital archives.

The brothers’ Romanian legal case, where they were previously arrested on human trafficking and rape allegations, runs parallel to the UK proceedings now driving the Miami extradition fight. Romanian authorities had also sought their detention before the pair’s current US custody situation took shape.
The Miami federal court filings represent the most detailed public accounting yet of evidence UK prosecutors aim to present should the Tate brothers ultimately face trial in Britain.
The extradition case continues before US Magistrate Louis with no immediate resolution expected.
