As the firstborn of football god David Beckham, and fashion icon Victoria Beckham, it seems he has it sorted.
He has a glamorous job…
…and famous friends.
He has Elton John (!!!) as a godfather.
He gets regular invites to the most awesome parties.
And of course, he’s blessed with incredibly superior genes.
So what could he possibly have in common with the rest of us?
Well, an embarrassing dad, for one.
On his mom’s birthday last Friday, Brooklyn took to Instagram to announce that he has reached a million followers.
Which David gleefully upstaged by announcing that he has 52 million.

Clearly flustered, Brooklyn could do no more than mutter unintelligibly before ending the video.
This latest fatherly burn is hot on the heels of David’s revelation on The Late Late Show with James Corden that he sat in on his son’s first date at his wife’s behest.
