Crystal Hefner is doubling down on her attacks against Jon Lovitz after the comedian turned her scathing Playboy Mansion accusations into a punchline.
The 40-year-old widow of Hugh Hefner and host of the “After the Mansion” podcast said that Lovitz, 69, represents the very culture she is trying to dismantle. “I think Jon Lovitz is part of the problem,” she said in an exclusive interview. “I think many men who came up to that mansion [and] were very sexist and misogynistic are all part of that problem.”

Her remarks came after the “Saturday Night Live” alum posted a video Tuesday night in Los Angeles responding to her earlier claims that he was one of Hollywood’s “biggest pervs” and the mansion’s “No. 1 customer.” Rather than deny the label, Lovitz leaned into it. “Any time someone says I’m No. 1, it’s a compliment,” he said in the clip. He also defended the late magazine mogul, who died in 2017 at 91. “Hugh Hefner was one of the nicest, most generous people I’ve ever met and all of his friends know it,” he added. “That’s all I have to say about that.”
Crystal found particular fault with Lovitz’s implication that Hugh Hefner’s financial support should have purchased her silence. “Jon Lovitz had mentioned to me that Hef had bought something for me or paid for something and that I have no reason to speak because of that,” she said. “I think his thinking is very outdated.”

“That’s really sad that, just because someone buys you something, it guarantees silence,” she continued.

The former Playmate made clear she has no intention of quieting down about the men who frequented the notorious Los Angeles estate. “There were really horrific, horrible men that came through the mansion,” she said, alleging she possesses video evidence of people sexually assaulting her friends. She named Bill Cosby and President Donald Trump among the figures her late husband surrounded himself with, describing them as “like-minded men.”
Crystal has been increasingly vocal about the dark side of life inside the mansion, recently sharing horrific allegations involving sex acts, rape and incest. “I’m not afraid anymore,” she said. “There were people that lived with me that were hurt, and I just think it’s not okay, and it’s a bad example to set for humanity moving forward.”

She also wants the public to understand how power dynamics shaped coverage of her late husband during his lifetime. “Coercive control in a relationship is so real and it can throw you,” she explained. “We also need people to know how powerful this man was when he was alive, that the media wanted this man in their pocket and so they didn’t really put out anything negative about Hef.”

“If I could dismantle that toxic masculinity and patriarchy just a little bit, I will feel happy,” she added. “It’s very sad.”

The escalating war of words between Crystal and Lovitz began when she branded him the Playboy Mansion’s most frequent celebrity visitor and one of the entertainment industry’s most notorious lechers, prompting his defiant video response.

Crystal’s broader mission, she indicated, extends far beyond any single feud. She aims to expose what she describes as a system of coercive control that protected powerful men and silenced women who might speak against them.

The “After the Mansion” podcast host shows no signs of backing down from her campaign against the culture she says flourished at the estate.
