Josh Brolin, 58, and Kathryn Brolin, 39, renewed their wedding vows in Las Vegas this weekend.
The “Weapons” actor shared photos from the ceremony Saturday in a joint Instagram post with his wife, showing the couple at a chapel with an Elvis Presley impersonator officiating. Brolin wore a black long-sleeved shirt left completely unbuttoned to expose his muscular torso, paired with jeans and a ball cap. Kathryn opted for a white minidress with a longer sheer overlay.
The couple’s two daughters — Westlyn, 8, and Chapel, 5 — appeared in one snapshot outside the venue, their faces obscured by heart emojis. Additional photos captured the pair kissing at the altar, snuggling for a casual selfie, and celebrating with friends and family who joined them for the occasion.
“Vegas, Vows and Metallicaaaaa baby ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥,” Brolin captioned the upload, nodding to Metallica’s ongoing Las Vegas residency at the Sphere.
The ceremony comes just over two months after the couple marked their tenth wedding anniversary in September. On Sept. 25 — one day after the milestone date — each posted separate tributes on Instagram.
“10 Years of Us. Four kids between us, one scrappy dog, three major moves, travel all over, and more love than I could’ve imagined for one lifetime,” Kathryn wrote alongside wedding day throwbacks, referencing Brolin’s two adult children from his previous marriage to Alice Brolin, son Trevor, 38, and daughter Eden, 32, plus their two younger girls.
“I love you so much,” she continued. “It keeps getting better. JBKBStuckTogether 9/24/16”
Brolin offered his own romantic reflection in a separate post. “Growing up all I wanted was to find a playmate, someone to share the sandpit of this life with sharing whatever the imagination can conjure,” he wrote.
“Ten years and we’re still at it, like a couple of young, stupid puppies out on a beach walk chasing birds. My romping partner — till death do us part….❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
The “Whalefall” star recently spoke about the marriage’s longevity in an October interview. “It just gets better after 10 years, and my family is everything to me,” he said.
The couple originally wed on Sept. 24, 2016, and have since built a blended family spanning multiple decades in age. Brolin’s career has ranged from Marvel blockbusters like “Avengers: Infinity War” to recent dramatic work, while Kathryn works as a model and entrepreneur.
Social media followers flooded the comments of Saturday’s post with enthusiastic reactions. “Living the dream!” one wrote. Another added, “Congrats you two legends! Love y’all!”
