Jasmine Milton, an 18-year-old psychology student from Aylesbury, UK, tried to fool her Siberian Husky Anuko by pretending to throw a ball.
Milton was also snapping pictures of her dog that day — and managed to capture the exact moment when Anuko realized that he had been betrayed.

The expressive dog’s facial reactions made it to Twitter and soon became a viral hit. Milton insists that despite Anuko’s stern look, he’s a great source of happiness in her life.
“I got Anuko shortly after I was treated with depression, and ever since Anuko has lifted any downs I’ve ever had,” Milton said.
“He’s forced me to go out when all I want to do is lay in bed. He’s made me laugh when nobody else was able to…”
She added, “And now he’s making the rest of the world laugh. He’s my hero and definitely more than just a pretty face!”
The stern husky is only a little over a year old, and has had the same strict facial expression since he was a pup.
Anuko may look grumpy all the time, but he’s actually very sweet.
