The Hollywood Hills rental where accused murderer D4vd was arrested by heavily armed officers in April is now listed for $15,950 per month.
David Anthony Burke, 21, the singer known as D4vd, had been staying out of public view for months before his arrest at the furnished four-bedroom property above the Sunset Strip, according to property records. The 3,153-square-foot home returned to the rental market Saturday after being taken off following the singer’s apprehension.
The recently renovated residence features new flooring, marble countertops, and high-end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. A pool, spa, cabana, and steam shower in the primary bathroom round out the amenities. Privacy stands as a major selling point for the property, which sits behind celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont in a neighborhood also home to Ariana Grande, billionaire lottery winner Edwin Castro, and Jimmy Kimmel.
That secluded setup drew little attention from neighbors before D4vd’s arrest. Neighbors who spoke to The California Post said they had no idea the singer was even living there.
Burke is currently being held without bail as he awaits trial in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. Rivas’ body was found decomposing in a Tesla registered to the singer in September 2025.
According to prosecutors, Burke ordered an Uber to take Rivas from her family home in Lake Elsinore to his Hollywood Hills residence on the night of April 23. Legal documents obtained by The Post allege he then stabbed her and stood by while she bled to death.
Prosecutors also allege Burke ordered a shovel from Home Depot the following day, followed about a week later by two chainsaws from Amazon. On May 5, he ordered a body bag, heavy-duty laundry bags, and a blue inflatable pool, according to the documents.
Burke allegedly killed Rivas to stop her from exposing their illegal sexual relationship and ruining his music career. The singer had remained out of sight from the public for months, most recently staying in the $3.5 million Hollywood Hills home before his arrest.
The property’s return to the rental market comes as Burke remains behind bars awaiting trial proceedings.
The case has drawn significant attention to the otherwise quiet celebrity enclave, where the $15,950 monthly rent now offers prospective tenants a recently updated home with a notorious recent history.
Burke’s trial date has not been publicly announced.
