Andy Cohen and boyfriend Kevin Sobieski made their red carpet debut together.
The “Watch What Happens Live” host, 58, and Sobieski, 42, stepped out Wednesday at SiriusXM’s John Mayer concert in New York City, posing with smiles for photographers. Cohen wore a long-sleeve denim button-down layered over a plain white T-shirt and light-wash jeans, while Sobieski kept things casual in a black T-shirt and olive green pants.
The couple first sparked romance rumors in early June after they were spotted holding hands while heading to dinner for Cohen’s 58th birthday. A source said at the time that they had already been dating for several months.
Shortly after their romance made headlines, Cohen confirmed the relationship on his SiriusXM show “Radio Andy,” calling it “slow and deliberate.”
“I don’t want to be with the wrong person. I value my time too much. I value my life too much,” he said.
He revealed that he met Sobieski at a Fourth of July party the previous summer and “very methodically” added his number to the businessman’s phone.
“I’m really happy to say that I met the person,” Cohen said.
The Bravo star also shared that he and Sobieski were deliberate about introducing Sobieski to his children — son Benjamin, 7, and daughter Lucy, 4 — adding that Sobieski loves the kids and they love him.
“I have to say it has been so easy. Eleven months, we’ve not had one fight. We haven’t had a disagreement. We have similar … we just view life the same way,” Cohen added. “One year later, I still can’t believe I found him.”
He explained that he initially kept the romance under wraps because he wanted to be “smart and slow” before introducing his new relationship to his viewers, noting that Sobieski is “lowkey.”
“I really am happy. I just I can’t believe I found this guy. I just cannot believe it. I can’t believe it. I’m in shock,” Cohen said.
The pair previously made their romance Instagram official in July, when Cohen shared a photo of himself and Sobieski enjoying a night out together.
“Date Night ♥️🌟🌈☀️⚡️,” Cohen captioned the sweet snap.
During an appearance on the “Today” show earlier this month, Cohen revealed that Sobieski has never watched the “Real Housewives” franchise, despite Cohen serving as an executive producer.
“His algorithm is feeding him Housewives-related things [now] because our phones listen to everything we say, so he’s starting to get a sense of the universe, but he has no clue,” he said.
“I’ll get him there,” Cohen quipped.
In the viral moment that first brought attention to the couple, Cohen and Sobieski were photographed holding hands in early June as they made their way to a birthday dinner. The images quickly circulated online, prompting speculation about Cohen’s relationship status. A source later confirmed that the pair had been seeing each other for several months by that point, putting the start of their romance sometime in early 2024 or late 2023.
Cohen’s Wednesday red carpet appearance with Sobieski marks their most public step as a couple, coming roughly a year after they first connected at that Fourth of July gathering.
Cohen is scheduled to continue hosting “Watch What Happens Live” from its New York studio.
