Bethenny Frankel tore into Andy Cohen on TikTok Saturday after the Bravo boss threw shade at her during a panel appearance.
Frankel, 55, posted a video responding to Cohen, 58, who had been asked at Bravo Fan Fest in Charleston, South Carolina, whether he would ever bring her back to “The Real Housewives of New York City.” Cohen’s answer: “I’m not really active on TikTok.”
“Well, Andy Cohen took a swipe at me on a panel, so let’s take the bait,” Frankel said in her TikTok video. She then mimicked Cohen’s response, adding her own interpretation: “Which is abundantly clear, because he’s still sitting in the same place I left him.”

The Skinnygirl founder did not hold back as she claimed Cohen’s career at Bravo has stagnated while she and other original “Housewives” have moved on. She alleged the “only thing” that has changed for him was “the ratings,” and accused him of bitterness over losing his original cast members to competing projects.
“He lost” his OGs, Frankel declared, naming Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Killoren Bensimon and Dorinda Medley as examples of stars who joined the new E! Reality series “Golden Life.” She framed the split as a tale of diverging fortunes: Cohen stuck at Bravo while the women forge independent paths.
“He’s living the stainless steel life on Bravo, where he’s their bitch, he waits for them to pay their paycheck, while we are all over here making our own coin, on our own way, on our own terms,” she continued.

Frankel closed her attack with a warning drawn from pop culture. “If you’re gonna take a shot at this b, you better not miss,” she said.

Cohen’s remarks came during multiple panel appearances at the Bravo Fan Fest over the weekend, where he sat for audience questions. Video from the event captured his TikTok quip, which appeared designed to deflect the return question with humor.
Frankel’s comments section quickly became a battleground. “He is one of the most successful EP’s in TV history … and helped build one of the most successful, iconic … LASTING … brands in American History,” one user wrote in Cohen’s defense. Another added simply: “I think Andy’s doing just fine.”

The feud between the two Bravo veterans stretches back years. In 2022, Cohen accused Frankel of “trashing” the “Real Housewives” franchise on “Watch What Happens Live.” Frankel had been vocal about her compensation, alleging she received just $7,250 for Season 1 of “RHONY” and never earned residuals despite generating “millions and millions of dollars in advertising and online impressions.”
“I myself have generated millions and millions of dollars in advertising and online impressions being on reality TV and have never made a single residual,” she said at the time. “So, either I’m missing something or we’re getting screwed, too.”

Cohen characterized her campaign as a “sustained attack.” By January, he had escalated to claiming her TikTok videos were “suffocating.”

Frankel starred on “RHONY” from its 2008 debut through Season 3 in 2010, then returned for Season 7 through Season 11, exiting in 2019. She has since built Skinnygirl into a lifestyle brand and maintained a prominent social media presence, often using TikTok to air grievances against her former network.
The Charleston panel marked the latest flare-up in a relationship that has shifted from professional collaboration to public antagonism, with both figures using their platforms to trade barbs rather than reconcile.

Frankel’s “Golden Life” reference pointed to a new E! Series that has lured several former Bravo stars, suggesting the talent migration she described may continue. Cohen, meanwhile, remains the face of Bravo’s flagship late-night program and its fan events, even as Frankel frames his position as diminished.
Cohen was not immediately available for comment on Frankel’s latest video, according to reports from the weekend.

Frankel and Cohen’s fractured dynamic shows no sign of mending, with each new public appearance offering fresh opportunity for confrontation. The TikTok response demonstrated her continued willingness to escalate rather than ignore perceived slights.
