Anthony Bourdain’s Ex-Girlfriend Shares Touching Message About Depression

Last Friday, world-renowned chef Anthony Bourdain took his own life at the age of 61.

Bourdain’s ex-girlfriend, journalist and author Paula Froelich, took to Twitter to express her sadness when news broke of his death. The two dated back in 2005.

In light of Bourdain’s suicide, Paula wrote a moving and poignant post which anyone suffering from depression should read.

On Instagram, she also shared a photo of the two of them with the caption: “To a good man, a great friend, a loyal love. That’s all I’m going to say.”
