Delaware State Police arrested 23-year-old Emily Pryor Albino of Seaford, Delaware, for felony sexual abuse and solicitation of teenage children as part of an ongoing investigation.
On August 4, detectives began investigating the sexual abuse and solicitation of two teenage children after learning that Emily Pryor Albino, a dance instructor at X-Treme Dance Studio in Laurel, Delaware, had sexually abused two teens that attend the dance studio.
Further investigation revealed that Pryor Albino also exchanged sexually explicit messages with the two victims.
Detectives have reason to believe there are additional unidentified victims.
Police continue to investigate.
Pryor Albino was arrested and charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and committed to the Department of Correction on a $110,000 cash bond.
The charge sheet was extensive.
Troopers arrested Emily Pryor Albino of Seaford on four counts of first degree sexual abuse of a child by a person of trust and one count of sexual solicitation of child using an electronic device.
Authorities moved quickly once alerted.

The studio had not publicly responded to the charges.

Authorities are continuing to investigate and are requesting that any victims or other people with information on the case reach out.

The allegations centered on sexual contact between the instructor and the minor students, along with digital communications of a sexual nature. Police began their formal investigation immediately after receiving the tip about the abuse.
The scope of potential victims widened as detectives reviewed evidence. While two teens were confirmed as victims in the initial complaint, investigators discovered that Pryor Albino may have targeted additional minors, prompting authorities to actively seek other possible victims who came into contact with her at the dance studio.
Pryor Albino’s arraignment followed swiftly, and she was held on $110,000 cash bail pending trial. The case remained under active investigation by Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit in conjunction with the Delaware Department of Justice.
