Korean Couple Who Live 6,000 Miles Apart Stay Connected Through Charming Photo Collages

Long-distance relationships can be tough, but creative Korean couple Danbi Shin and Seok Li use photography and collage to stay connected.

The duo’s creativity makes the 6,863 miles and 14-hour time difference between them feel that much smaller.

The project is called “Half&Half” and compares one life in Seoul, South Korea, and another in New York, US.

They share little things, like breakfast.

And find clever ways to unite their two very different cities and go on “dates”.

They capture language and cultural differences.

And compare ice cream heights around the world.

Some of the photos are adorably intimate.

And they often discover things that aren’t so different after all.

We think it’s an amazing way for two artists to keep their relationship alive.
